Frozen sheets, 21.6cm x 10.2cm of cooling blanket with and without the dispersal layer were laid on a granite sink top for 30 minutes at ambient temperature of 25°C and a relative humidity of 82% prior to the blot test.

Abstract

L'invention s'attaque à un problème associé à des systèmes de conditionnement à froid, ce problème étant celui de la formation d'eau libre en raison de la condensation. Une couverture de conditionnement à froid selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend une couche de dispersion disposée sous la forme d'un matériau hydrophile, qui est un tissu hydrophile non-tissé traité par un agent tensio-actif. De préférence, la couche de dispersion comprend un tissu de polypropylène filé-lié non-tissé. En raison de sa nature hydrophile, le tissu non-tissé absorbe un condensat sur l'extérieur de la couverture. L'agent tensio-actif sert à disperser le condensat en un film mince sur l'extérieur du tissu non-tissé, qui est ensuite plus facilement évaporé en raison du fait qu'il peut se rassembler pour former des globules d'eau libre.
