Abstract

Dispositif d' irremplissabilité (3, 3', 3", 3' ") destiné à être fixé au goulot (40) d'une bouteille destinée à être fermée par une capsule de bouchage (2), comprenant des moyens de fixation (360, 350', 360", 360' ") sur ledit goulot, une chambre (300, 300', 300", 300' ") comprenant une lèvre inférieure (330, 330', 330", 330' ") entourant un orifice inférieur (331, 331', 331", 331' ") et emprisonnant une pièce mobile (50, 50', 50", 50' ") gui forme clapet en. coopérant avec ladite lèvre inférieure, et un conduit axial de distribution (39, 39', 39", 39' "), le dispositif comprenant également une tige axiale mobile (100, 100', 100", 100' "), solidaire dudit dispositif d' irremplissabilité, dont le déplacement axial par rapport audit dispositif est limité entre une position basse et une position haute, et au moins un obturateur (8, 8', 8", 8'") coopérant avec ladite tige axiale mobile de telle sorte que lorsque ladite tige axiale mobile se trouve en position basse, ledit obturateur obture un orifice (340, 340', 340", 340' ") qui est ménagé dans ladite chambre. La position basse est imposée par une protubérance (25) attachée à la capsule, qui vient au contact de ladite tige axiale mobile lors de la fixation de la capsule sur le goulot.
