Abstract

Eine Kosmetikzubereitung umfasst ein oder mehrere auf ein Individuum abgestimmte Kosmetikprodukte. Die Abstimmung der Kosmetikprodukte auf das Individuum erfolgt, indem eine Genanalyse einer Probe des Individuums vorgenommen wird, und indem anhand des Resultats dieser Genanalyse geeignete Zusatz- oder Wirkstoffe einer Grundlage zudosiert werden.

Auf ein Individuum abgestimmte Kosmetikzubereitung und Verfahren zu deren Herstellung
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine auf ein Individuum abgestimmte Kosmetikzubereitung sowie ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung gemäss den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs der Ansprüche 1 und 6.
Eine Vielzahl von Kosmetika dient der Pflege des menschlichen Körpers, insbesondere der Haut, der Haare und Nägel. Bei Kosmetikprodukten verwendete Substanzen können z.B. reinigend, schützend, beruhigend, vitalisierend, stabilisierend, regenerierend, feuchtigkeitsspendend, hautglättend, deodorierend oder parfümierend wirken. Die Schutzwirkung eines Kosmetikproduktes bei einem Individuum hängt stark von dessen körpereigenen Gegebenheiten ab. Herkömmliche Kosmetikprodukte sind nicht oder nur ungenügend auf individuelle Ansprüche einzelner Personen abgestimmt.
Es ist deshalb Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Kosmetikzubereitung und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung zu schaffen, welche an individuelle Bedürfnisse einer Person angepasst sind. Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine auf ein Individuum abgestimmte Kosmetikzubereitung mit mindestens einem Kosmetikprodukt und durch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer auf ein Individuum abgestimmten Kosmetikzubereitung gemäss den Merkmalen der Ansprüche 1 und 6.
Gene enthalten fundamentale Informationen über natürliche körpereigene Abwehrmechanismen eines Organismus. Diese Abwehrmechanismen schützen den Organismus vor schädlichen Einflüssen. Dazu zählen externe oder interne Schadstoffe bzw. Chemikalien aller Art, die z.B. aufgrund natürlicher oder industrieller Prozesse in die Umwelt des Organismus gelangen, über Nahrungsmittel oder Arzneimittel vom Körper aufgenommen oder als Nebenprodukte von körpereigenen Stoffwechselvorgängen entstehen können. Um diesen Schadstoffen zu begegnen besitzt der Körper eigene, natürliche Abwehrmechanismen in Form von Proteinen bzw. Enzymen. Der spezifische Aufbau dieser Abwehrmechanismen ist in den Genen jedes Organismus festgelegt. Dabei handelt es sich um verschiedenste Formen von Mechanismen wie z.B. die Phase-1 und Phase-2-Entgiftung, die vor allem spezifische Umweltschadstoffe abbaut, aber auch spezifische Mechanismen, die schädliche Nebenprodukte von körpereigenen Stoffwechselvorgängen wie freie Radikale z.B. zu Wasser abbauen. Die körpereigene Abwehr zeigt aber bei einzelnen Personen bzw. Organismen Schwankungen in Ihrer Wirksamkeit auf. Grund dafür sind Abweichungen in der DNA der Organismen, welche als natürlicher Vorgang durch die Evolution entstanden sind und als genetische Polymorphismen bezeichnet werden. Liegt eine solche Abweichung in einem Gen eines entsprechenden Enzyms vor, kann die Wirkung des Mechanismus beeinflusst werden. Dadurch entstehen dem Organismus Nachteile, welche das allgemeine Wohlbefinden sowie die Leistung und Konzentration beeinflussen und deren Auswirkungen bis ins Alter des Organismus anhalten und diesen nachteilig beeinflussen. Durch geeignete Methoden der modernen Diagnostik lassen sich jedoch die Abweichungen in den Mechanismen der körpereigenen Abwehr gezielt nachweisen. Dabei lassen sich auch nicht-invasive Methoden zur Probenentnahme anwenden, wie z.B. Nachweise aus dem Haar oder dem Speichel. Nach erfolgter Diagnostik lassen sich natürliche Schwachstellen des Organismus durch geeignete Maßnahmen verbessern.
Erfindungsgemäss wird eine Probe eines Individuums gezielt einer Genanalyse unterzogen. Als Probe können z.B. Speichel, Urin, Blut, Haare bzw. andere Gewebe oder Körperflüssigkeiten verwendet werden. Mit den bei der Genanalyse angewendeten standardisierten Verfahren können Polymorphismen bzw. Strukturabweichungen dieser Gene (bezogen auf eine Normalstruktur) erfasst werden.
Insbesondere können dabei Gene berücksichtigt werden, von denen ein Kausalzusammenhang oder eine Korrelation mit Unter- oder Überfunktionen der körpereigenen Abwehr bekannt sind.
Als Hilfsmittel zum Ermitteln der Kapazität eines Organismus zur Abwehr schädlicher Einflüsse und/oder Substanzen können z.B. bekannte Gen-Polymorphismen einerseits und bekannte schädliche Einflüsse und/oder Substanzen andererseits in einer Matrix oder Tabelle einander gegenübergestellt werden. Gewichtungsfaktoren bzw. Korrelationskoeffizienten liefern dann eine quantitative Aussage über die Stärke des jeweiligen Zusammenhangs. Solche Gewichtungsfaktoren können z.B. empirisch aus Resultaten unterschiedlicher Studien generiert werden. Das Resultat der Testung zeigt an, ob und in welchem Umfang die körpereigene Abwehr unterstützt werden muss, um schädliche Substanzen und/oder Einflüsse zu neutralisieren und so den Organismus zu schützen. Bei den unterstützenden Maßnahmen handelt es sich nebst geeigneten Bewegungsübungen vor allem um andere nicht-medizinische Massnahmen wie die Erstellung und Anwendung geeigneter diätetischer Mittel sowie Hautpflegemittel, die auf den natürlichen Abwehrmechanismus einen Einfluss haben. Die genetische Analyse zeigt, ob und in welchem Umfang eine Abweichung in der DNA des betreffenden Enzyms vorliegt. Ist das Enzym (z.B. die SOD2) beim Abbau freier Sauerstoffradikale (ROS) involviert, so ist bei einer Abweichung der Abbau der ROS verlangsamt bzw. beeinträchtigt. In diesem Falle empfiehlt sich die Zugabe von Wirkstoffen wie Vitamin C und Vitamin E, welche von Natur aus ROS abbauen bzw. Mineralien, welche die Funktion der S0D2 steigern. In diesem Falle wäre dies Mangan bzw. Kupfer oder Zink.
Zur Ermittlung geeigneter anzuwendender Substanzen und deren Dosierung in Abhängigkeit der mit der Genanalyse erfassten Genpolymorphismen bzw. der damit verbundenen Beeinträchtigungen können als Hilfsmittel Tabellen bzw. matrixartige Darstellungen benutzt werden, welche auch leicht elektronisch gespeichert und verarbeitet werden können. Auf diese Weise können z.B. auch auf nationalen Lebensmittel- und/oder Kosmetikrechten beruhende Werte für die empfohlene Tagesdosis unterschiedlicher Zusatzstoffe gespeichert und berücksichtigt werden, um die anhand der Genanalyse angepasste individuelle Dosierung solcher Substanzen zu bestimmen.
Mit dem erfindungsgemässen Verfahren können Rezepturen für auf einzelne Individuen abgestimmte Kosmetikzubereitungen erstellt werden. Solche Kosmetikzubereitungen umfassen jeweils ein oder mehrere Kosmetikprodukte wie z.B. äusserlich anwendbare Hautcremes und/oder diätetische Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, die z.B. als Dragees verabreicht werden können. Diese Kosmetikprodukte umfassen jeweils eine Grundlage (wie sie auch bei herkömmlichen Kosmetikprodukten verwendet wird) mit einem oder mehreren darin eingearbeiteten Zusatzstoffen. Die Zusatzstoffe wiederum sind in der Regel Wirkstoffe wie Mineralien, Spurenelemente Vitamine, Aminosäuren und Proteine. Die Zusammensetzung der Wirkstoffkombination bzw. deren Dosierung oder Konzentration wird anhand der Genanalyse auf die Bedürfnisse des jeweiligen Individuums abgestimmt. Die Rezeptur, also die Zusammensetzung und Konzentration bzw. Menge der einzelnen Wirkstoffe kann z.B. empirisch durch eine Fachperson vorgenommen werden. Alternativ kann auch ein Computer eingesetzt werden, der anhand vorgebbarer Funktionen und/oder Plausibilitätskriterien die geeigneten Wirkstoffe und deren Dosierung berechnet. In diesem Fall können individuelle Kosmetikzubereitungen anhand einer DNA-Analyse vollautomatisch hergestellt werden. Die einzelnen Kosmetikprodukte werden in geeigneten Gebinden wie Blister-Packungen, Dosen oder Tuben verpackt und individuell gekennzeichnet (z.B. Name, Vorname und Versichertennummer) , wobei die Kennzeichnung einen eindeutigen Bezug zur Person ermöglicht, von der die Probe stammt. Die Genanalyse kann unabhängig von der
Produktion der Kosmetikzubereitung von einem entsprechend ausgerüsteten Labor vorgenommen werden. Vorzugsweise wird aber der Analyseprozess am Produktionsstandort durchgeführt. Auf diese Weise können Daten, die aus dem Analyseprozess gewonnen werden, unmittelbar an den Herstellprozess weitergeleitet und ein hoher Automatisierungsgrad erreicht werden. Kosmetikzubereitungen der oben genannten Art werden vorzugsweise zur Haut- und/oder Haarpflege verwendet. Die Kosmetikprodukte können einen oder mehrere Zusatzoder Wirkstoffe aus der folgenden, nicht abschliessenden Aufzählung von Zusatz- oder Wirkstoffen enthalten:
Mangan, Kupfer, Zink, Magnesium, Vit. A, Vit. C, Vit. E, Ubichinon oder Coenzym QlO, Daucus Carota OiI, Sodium DNA, Beta Karotin, Palmitoyl pentapeptide 4 oder Matrixyl, Polysorbat 20, Dextrin, Simmondsia Chinensis OiI. Anhand eines Beispiels (Messung des körpereigenen
Mechanismus zum Abbau freier Sauerstoffradikale) wird die Erfindung nachfolgend genauer erläutert:
Freie Sauerstoffradikale (ROS) werden in der Literatur als Ursache für Zellschädigungen angesehen, die insbesondere bei Sport aber auch im "Wellnessbereich" und der Kosmetik eine bedeutende Rolle spielen und verantwortlich für Leistungsabfall bzw. Hautalterung und als Ursache zur Einleitung degenerativer Prozesse des Körpers angesehen werden. Jeder Organismus hat für den Abbau der ROS einen Mechanismus entwickelt, wobei die Enzym Superoxiddismutase 1 und 2 (SOD 1 &2) eine bedeutende Rolle bei diesem Mechanismus spielen, indem diese das ROS unmittelbar für den Abbau vorbereiten. Die SOD 1 & 2 sind genetisch codiert. Es konnte gezeigt werden dass einzelne Organismen hier eine durch die Evolution verursachte genetische Abweichung besitzen (genetischer Polymorphismus) . Träger dieser Abweichungen können durch einen einfachen genetischen Test bestimmt werden, der nachfolgend kurz beschrieben ist:
Als Probe dient ein mit Speichel der Testperson versehenes Päd. Beim Probeneingang wird dieses erfasst und mit einem Code gekennzeichnet. Der Code und die erfassten
Personendaten werden elektronisch gespeichert. In einem nächsten Schritt wird aus dem auf dem Päd befindlichen getrockneten Speichel die betreffende DNA der Testperson für die genetische Testung isoliert. Dabei wird ein gängiges Standardverfahren angewendet. Es folgt die
Bestimmung des genetischen Polymorphismus. Dabei dient die islolierte DNA der Testperson als sog. Template zur Untersuchung des relevanten Genabschnittes, in dem sich der Polymorphismus befindet. Die Untersuchung erfolgt mit der Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) mit gängigen
Startsequenzen wie in der Literatur beschrieben. Anhand des Ergebnisses werden Konzentration und Zusammensetzung der Kosmetikprodukte bestimmt. Ist das Testergebnis negativ (beide Allele von Mutter und Vater weisen keine Abweichung auf) , hat das resultierende Enzym (dieses kann z.B. für den Abbau freier Sauerstoffradikale verantwortlich sein) eine normale Funktion. Die Inhalte der Kosmetikprodukte erfordern in diesem Fall keine hohe Konzentration oder spezifische Zusammensetzung zur Unterstützung beim Abbau freier
Sauerstoffradikale durch das betreffende Enzym. Eine für diesen Befund geeignete Kosmetikzubereitung kann z.B. ein täglich einzunehmendes Nahrungsergänzungsmittel mit Mangan (4mg), Acerolasaft (dosiert bis 30mg), Vitamin C (50% der empfohlenen Tagesdosis) , Vitamin E (10mg bzw. 100% der empfohlenen Tagesdosis) , L-Carnitin (100mg) , Kupfer (2mg) , Zink (7.5mg), Magnesium (75mg), Coenzym QlO (7.5mg) und eine Creme mit Mangan (0.0001), Coenzym QlO (0.01), Superoxyde Dismutase (0.01), Vitamin C (0.01), Daucus carota oil (0.01), Tocopherol (0.2) umfassen (Anteile in % QSP 100) .
Ein positiver Befund des Tests im vorliegenden Beispiel zeigt an, dass ROS nicht schnell genug bzw. nicht in vollem umfang vom Träger abgebaut werden, so dass diese ROS körpereigene Zellbestandteile angreifen und diese schädigen. Durch Erstellung besonderer Diätempfehlungen bzw. durch Zugabe spezifischer Mineralien oder Vitamine lassen sich jedoch diese Schwachstellen des körpereigenen Mechanismus ausgleichen. Als Beispiele werden in diesem Fall Mangan, Kupfer und Zink genannt, die Kofaktoren der SOD 1 & 2 sind und die Funktion dieser Enzyme gewährleisten. Zudem empfiehlt es sich zusätzlich noch Vit. C, Vit. E, sowie Ubichinon einzunehmen, da diese direkt auch am Abbau von ROS beteiligt sind. Die Mineralien, Spurenelemente, Vitamine, zusätzlich aber auch beim Abbau unterstützende Aminosäuren und Proteine, können als Supplemente ebenfalls zu der Nahrung eingenommen werden, bzw. zum Schutz der Haut in geeigneter Dosierung als Bestandteile von Cremes aufgetragen werden. Nachfolgend sind bevorzugte Dosierungsbereiche für einige Zusatzstoffe angegeben. Die Gewichtsangaben beziehen sich auf Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und die prozentualen Angaben auf äusserlich anwendbare Kosmetikprodukte:
Mangan: 0.05mg - 30mg 0.0005% - 6%
Kupfer: 0.05mg - 30mg 0.0005% - 6% Zink: 0.05mg - 30mg 0.0005% - 6%
Vit. C: 1mg - 5g 0.0005% - 10%
Vit. E: 1mg - 5g 0.0005% - 10%
Ubichinon: 0.005mg - 3g 0.0005% - 5%

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Auf ein Individuum abgestimmte Kosmetikzubereitung mit mindestens einem Kosmetikprodukt, wobei dieses
Kosmetikprodukt eine Grundlage mit mindestens einem entsprechend einer Rezeptur in die Grundlage eingearbeiteten Zusatzstoff umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rezeptur des Kosmetikprodukts anhand einer Genanalyse einer Probe des Individuums an individuelle Bedürfnisse des Individuums angepasst ist.
2. Kosmetikzubereitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kosmetikprodukt ein äusserlich anwendbares Pflegemittel mit einem oder mehreren Zusatzstoffen aus folgenden Gruppen von Zusatzstoffen ist: Mineralien, Spurenelemente, Vitamine, Aminosäuren, Proteine, organische chemische Verbindungen.
3. Kosmetikzubereitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kosmetikprodukt ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel mit einem oder mehreren Zusatzstoffen aus folgenden Gruppen von Zusatzstoffen ist: Mineralien, Spurenelemente, Vitamine, Aminosäuren, Proteine, organische chemische Verbindungen .
4. Kosmetikzubereitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei diese Kosmetikzubereitung mindestens zwei Kosmetikprodukte umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines dieser Kosmetikprodukte ein äusserlich anwendbares Pflegemittel ist, und dass eines dieser Kosmetikprodukte ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel ist.
5. Kosmetikzubereitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Kosmetikprodukte in individuell gekennzeichneten Gebinden verpackt sind.
6. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer auf ein Individuum abgestimmten Kosmetikzubereitung mit mindestens einem Kosmetikprodukt, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte a) Bereitstellung einer Probe des Individuums b) Durchführung einer Genanalyse dieser Probe und
Ermittlung individueller genetischer Merkmale der Probe c) Zusammenstellung einer an die individuellen genetischen Merkmale der Probe angepassten Rezeptur für das Kosmetikprodukt bzw. für die Kosmetikprodukte d) Herstellung des Kosmetikproduktes bzw. der
Kosmetikprodukte gemäss der individuell angepassten Rezeptur
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Genanalyse Speichel, Urin, Blut, Haare oder andere Gewebe oder Körperflüssigkeiten des Individuums als Probe verwendet wird.
8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Genanalyse Gene berücksichtigt werden, deren Polymorphismen mit Funktionen der körpereigenen Abwehr korrelieren.
