Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wässrigen Glukoselösung aus den Stärkebestandtein von Triticeae-Körnern, beispielsweise aus Roggen-, Triticale- oder insbesondere Weizen-Körnern. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein glukosebasiertes Fermentationsverfahren zur Herstellung organischer Verbindungen, bei dem die zur Fermentation hergestellte Glukose durch ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren aus den Stärkebestandteilen von Triticea-Körnern hergestellt wird.
