Abstract
La présente invention concerne un four (1) comprenant une chambre de cuisson (2) dans laquelle a lieu le procédé de cuisson, au moins une source lumineuse (3) dans la chambre de cuisson (2) permettant l’exécution du procédé de cuisson au moyen des ondes lumineuses qu’elle répand, et un capteur d’humidité (4) qui mesure le taux d’humidité dans la chambre de cuisson (2).
