Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft das Gebiet der Behandlung von Hepatitis-Infektionen bzw. Hepatitis-Erkrankungen, insbesondere von Hepatitis Typ C. Insbesondere ist Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung die Verwendung eines Inhibitors und/oder Repressors eines mit der Vermehrung und/oder Replikation von Hepatitis-Viren, insbesondere Hepatitis-C-Viren, im Zusammenhang stehenden Nukleinsäuremoleküls, insbesondere Gens, zur Herstellung eines Arzneimittels zur prophylaktischen und/oder kurativen Behandlung von Hepatitis, insbesondere Hepatitis Typ C, sowie eine pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung, vorzugsweise für die prophylaktische oder therapeutische Behandlung von Hepatitis-C-Erkrankungen, welche den Repressor und/oder Inhibitor enthält.
