Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément d'échappement (4) que comporte une ligne d'échappement des gaz d'un véhicule automobile à moteur thermique et à l'intérieur duquel s'écoule un fluide constitué par des gaz d'échappement ainsi que par un additif à ces gaz, cet élément d'échappement (4) comportant, monté intérieurement, un moyen (6) statique pour mélanger cet additif à ces gaz d'échappement. Le moyen (6) statique pour mélanger l'additif aux gaz d'échappement comporte au moins une hélicoide (61) présentant un axe s 'étendant dans une direction formant un angle déterminé avec la direction (D) d'écoulement du fluide dans cet élément d'échappement (4).
