Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement d'occlusions artérielles des membres inférieurs. Ledit dispositif comprend un élément tubulaire destiné à être inséré dans l'artère à traiter, l'élément tubulaire présentant une extrémité proximale (21) pouvant être manipulée par un utilisateur, une partie intermédiaire (20) et une extrémité distale (19) opposée à la partie proximale. La partie intermédiaire (20) et l'extrémité distale (19) de l'élément tubulaire présentent un diamètre extérieur compris entre 0,4 mm et 1,2 mm, ladite extrémité distale (19) étant rendue rigide de manière à ne pas se déformer au cours du traitement et présentant une pointe (23) appropriée pour perforer les tissus du vaisseau, une ouverture (30) qui place l'intérieur du corps tubulaire (18) en communication avec l'extérieur se trouvant à proximité de ladite pointe (23).
