Abstract
스핀파의 주파수 제어가 가능한 마그노닉 결정 스핀파 소자가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 스핀파의 주파수 제어가 가능한 마그노닉 결정 스핀파 소자는 자성체로 이루어진 스핀파 도파로를 구비하며, 스핀파 도파로는 스핀파가 일 방향으로 진행되도록 가이드하며, 스핀파의 진행방향과 직교하는 방향의 단면의 형상, 면적 및 중심선 중 적어도 하나가 주기적으로 변화하는 마그노닉 결정부를 구비한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 동종의 자성체로 이루어진 스핀파 도파로를 이용하여 스핀파의 주파수 제어가 손쉽게 가능하게 된다.
