본 발명은 인유두종 바이러스 검출 방법 및 검출 키트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 멀티플렉스 실시간 PCR 방법에 의한 인유두종 바이러스의 감염 여부 및 20종의 인유두종 바이러스 유전형을 동시에 신속 정확하게 검출하는 방법 및 상기 방법을 실시하기 용이한 검출 키트에 관한 것이다.
