Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bearbeitungseinrichtung für die Nachbearbeitung von Fehlstellen (5), insbesondere Vertiefungen, in Werkstücken (3), insbesondere Holzteilen mit einem Fluidmaterial (10). Die Bearbeitungseinrichtung (2) weist eine Erfassungseinrichtung (S) für die Fehlstellen (5) und eine Handhabungseinrichtung (7) mit einem Bearbeitungswerkzeug (8) zum Bearbeiten der Fehlstellen (5) sowie eine Verdichtungseinrichtung (24) für das Fluidmaterial (10) auf. Die Handhabungseinrichtung (7) kann als mehrachsig beweglicher Manipulator (17) ausgebildet sein. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren für die Nachbearbeitung von Fehlstellen (5), insbesondere Vertiefungen, in Werkstücken (3), insbesondere Holzteilen mit einem Fluidmaterial (10). Die Fehlstellen (B) werden mit einer Erfassungseinrichtung (6) erfasst und mittels einer Handhabungseinrichtung (7) mit einem Bearbeitungswerkzeug (S) bearbeitet, wobei das Fluidmaterial (10) mittels einer Verdichtungseinrichtung (24) verdichtet wird. Ein Fluidmaterial (10), insbesondere ein flüssiges oder pastöses Füllmaterial, kann in eine vertiefte Fehlstelle (5) dosiert gefüllt und darin verdichtet werden.
