Another aspect referred to in the patent is the fact that, preferably, and for stability reasons to install the panels and the hinges in a precise manner, several metal sheet layers are needed in the hinges connection area, which increases the panels' production complexity.

Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un panneau qui est principalement utilisé dans des portes sectionnelles qui sont constituées de plusieurs panneaux joints les uns aux autres et articulés entre eux au moyen de charnières. Le panneau a été conçu de telle sorte que, lors de son application dans des portes sectionnelles, il maintienne une petite distance entre les différents panneaux et réduise efficacement les transferts thermiques car il est fabriqué de telle sorte qu’il empêche tout contact entre les feuilles intérieure (8) et extérieure (7) de chaque panneau, entre lesquelles se trouve un matériau isolant expansé (14). Le procédé d’assemblage dans des portes sectionnelles assure qu’une petite distance est maintenue entre les différents panneaux, empêchant ainsi l’insertion de doigts entre les panneaux, ou un contact entre les feuilles de la partie externe des panneaux pendant le mouvement d’ouverture/de fermeture de la porte, même lorsque la porte est complètement fermée ou dans des situations dans lesquelles l’inclinaison entre les panneaux est légèrement supérieure à 180°.
