Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spritzgießdüse (10) für ein Spritzgießwerkzeug, mit einem Materialrohr (12), in dem in axialer Richtung (A) ein Strömungskanal (16) für ein fließfähiges Material ausgebildet ist, wobei in das Materialrohr (12) eine Düsenspitze (26) eingesetzt ist, die den Strömungskanal (16) fortsetzt. Zur Reduzierung von Temperaturverlusten umgibt die Spritzgießdüse (10) wenigstens eine thermisch isolierende Isoliereinrichtung (32), die an dem Spritzgießwerkzeug anliegt und die die Düsenspitze (26) zumindest teilweise umgibt.
