Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung einer pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzung zur lokalen Infektionstherapie. Erfindungsgemäß weist die pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung als im Wesentlichen einzige pharmazeutisch aktive Substanzen mindestens zwei Antibiotika auf, von denen eines Fosfomycin oder ein pharmazeutisch akzeptables Salz davon ist und ein anderes ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe umfassend Daptomycin, Polymyxine, Aminoglykoside, Glykopeptide und pharmazeutisch akzeptable Salze davon. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Medizinprodukt aus einer solchen pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzung und einem Trägermaterial.
