Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Extrusionslinie zur Herstellung von Kunststoffprofilen, vorzugsweise Kunststoff röhren, umfassend mindestens einen Extruder (1), ein Werkzeug (2), eine Kalibrierung (3) sowie weitere Nachfolgeeinrichtungen (4, 5). Erfindungsgemäß ist dabei vorgesehen, dass das Werkzeug (2) aus mehreren Funktionsbereichen mit getrennten Schmelzekanälen besteht, mittels denen die Kunststoff schmelze in Teilschmelzen aufteilbar und die Temperatur der Schmelze reduzierbar ist. Weiterhin umfasst die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Erhöhung der Kühlleistung der Extrusionslinie. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auch auf ein so entsprechend hergestelltes Kunststoffröhr.
