Abstract

L'invention concerne un bouchon refermable à découpe bilatérale doté d'un adhésif sensible à la pression. Un emballage flexible présentant un bouchon refermable intégré à l'intérieur des couches opposées de son film est construit au moyen de formeuses-remplisseuses-scelleuses verticales existantes. L'invention concerne une feuille de bande de film d'emballage flexible présentant au moins trois couches. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le bouchon refermable est composé de deux pliures de décalage situées sur les côtés intérieurs et extérieurs du film et espacées l'une de l'autre de 0,5 à 1 pouce. La pliure crée des lignes d'affaiblissement définissant une ouverture dans l'emballage. Lors de l'ouverture, une couche d'adhésif sensible à la pression appliquée par motif entre les lignes de pliure de décalage est exposée depuis un côté intérieur du film. L'adhésif colle à nouveau de manière amovible les couches intérieure et extérieure du film l'une à l'autre une fois qu'elles ont été séparées par un consommateur.
