Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de distribution de contenus permettant à un contenu d'être librement partagé et gérant l'état de partage des contenus afin d'empêcher leur propagation aléatoire de manière à éviter leur copie; les contenus étant fournis par l'intermédiaire d'un gadget logiciel et des informations d'utilisation étant collectées par l'intermédiaire d'un gadget logiciel applicable de sorte que le partage et la préparation du contenu soit exécutés librement. Un détenteur de contenu peut décider de fournir ou non le contenu, de sorte que la propagation et l'utilisation du contenu peuvent être efficacement contrôlées. En outre, le contenu est fourni par l'intermédiaire d'un gadget logiciel et la fonctionnalité qui permet la copie du gadget logiciel ainsi que l'exécution du programme lors de la fourniture du contenus par l'intermédiaire dudit gadget logiciel est bloquée; ce mode de réalisation permet de protéger efficacement les droits réservés d'un contenu et permet d'empêcher la propagation non contrôlée du contenu.
