Abstract

Die erfindungsgemässe intramedulläre Vorrichtung zur Arthrodese und Osteosynthese weist mindestens ein intramedulläres Zugelement (4) auf, welches in einem ersten Knochen oder Knochenfragment (1) verankert ist und durch einen ersten Knochenkanal in einen zweiten Knochenkanal eines zweiten Knochens oder Knochenfragmentes (2) führbar ist. Vom zweiten Knochenkanal ist das mindestens eine intramedulläre Zugelement (4) durch eine Bohrung in der Knochenwand auf eine geeignete Position (2.3) auf einer Aussenseite des zweiten Knochens oder Knochenteils (2) führbar, wo es mit einem Spannelement (6.1 und 6.2) fixiert und unter eine einstellbare Zugspannung gesetzt wird. Diese Zugspannung ist in manchen bevorzugten Ausführungsformen reversibel einstellbar, wodurch die Einstellung des räumlichen Winkels zwischen den beiden Knochen oder Knochenfragmenten in bevorzugten Ausführungsformen auch postoperativ korrigierbar ist
