Abstract

La présente invention concerne une brosse à dents fabriquée par moulage par injection et concerne aussi un procédé de fabrication de celle-ci. De manière plus spécifique, la brosse à dents comporte : une unité corps qui est raccordée à une unité d'entraînement pour une brosse à dents électrique ou constitue un élément de préhension sur la brosse à dents ; une unité tête qui s'étend depuis l'unité corps et supporte des poils de la brosse à dents dans le côté inférieur de la brosse à dents ; les poils qui sont placés sur l'unité tête et qui entrent directement en contact avec les dents lors du brossage des dents, les poils étant caractérisés en ce qu'ils sont fabriqués par moulage par injection. Contrairement aux procédés de fabrication existants, l'invention permet la fabrication des poils au moyen du moulage par injection. Par conséquent, l'invention est en mesure de réduire un impact sur les dents en réduisant la perte, l'effilochage, ou la séparation des poils et encourage la simplicité de fabrication.
