  • each lock pin-receiving portions 21 can be tapered on its top such that a lock pin 40, as shown in FIG. 4, can easily be located and/or positioned on the adjacent lock pin-receiving portions 21 of the positioner cam 20.
  • the several depths of the positioner cam 20 can be designed to lock an axial position of the central shaft 50 by using the lock pin 40.
  • the positioner cam 20 can also include a threaded portion 22 at its bottom for attaching the positioner cam 20 to a mounting bracket 60, as shown in FIG. 6.

  • the spring 70 which may be of any convenient shape and material, can be designed to allow easy single hand operation and to retain positional accuracy of the tape reel holder.

Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un ensemble de tête pour UTM du type autobloquant (100) pour une machine à fermer les cartons, comprenant un support de montage (60) sur lequel est entièrement monté l’ensemble de tête de ruban adhésif (100), et un arbre central (50) formant support pour un dispositif porte-bobine de ruban muni de rubans adhésifs. Un ergot d’arrêt (40) permet de mettre en place une position axiale de l’arbre central (50) en utilisant la force exercée par un moyen élastique (70). Un positionneur de came (20) peut être conçu avec plusieurs profondeurs pour verrouiller la position axiale de l’arbre central (50) à l’aide de l’ergot d’arrêt (40), et un couvercle (10) permet de recouvrir l’arbre central (50), l’ergot d’arrêt (40), le moyen élastique (70) et le positionneur de came (20). Une tige de préhension (30) peut être associée à l’arbre central (50) pour permettre à un utilisateur d’exercer une traction sur l’arbre central (50) pour guider l’ergot d’arrêt (40) sur les différentes profondeurs du positionneur de came (20). Il est ainsi possible de disposer de rubans adhésifs pour diverses dimensions sans avoir à retirer l’ensemble de dispositif porte-bobine de ruban adhésif.
