Abstract
본 발명은 면도 후에 체모가 완전하게 제거되었는지 확인가능한 면도날 유닛을 제공한다. 이를 위하여, 상측에지와 하측에지를 갖는 하우징, 상기 상측에지와 하측에지 사이에 설치되는 면도날, 그리고 상기 하우징의 상측에지에서 후방으로 돌출형성되는 스패출러(spatula)를 포함하는 면도날 유닛을 제공한다. 따라서, 본 발명에 의하면, 다리 등의 체모를 제거하기 위해 면도를 하는 경우, 면도가 용이하며 면도시간을 줄일 수 있다.
Description
본 발명은 면도기 유닛 및 그것을 사용한 면도기에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 면도를 용이하게 하는 구조를 갖는 면도날 유닛에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 여성들은, 턱수염을 제거하기 위해 면도를 하는 남성들과는 달리, 다리나 팔 등에 난 체모를 제거하기 위해 면도를 한다. 다리 등의 체모는 턱수염보다 굵기가 가늘며, 여성들은 보통 매일 면도를 하는 것이 아니기에 면도시 체모의 길이도 길다. 따라서 이러한 체모의 제거에 적합한 면도기가 출시되고 있다.
그 예로서 도 1에서 종래 여성용 면도기(10)가 도시된다. 상기 면도기(10)는 면도날 유닛(20) 및 연결부재(30)를 구비하는 카트리지(40)와, 손잡이(50)로 구성된다. 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 여성용 면도기(10) 역시 그 구조에 있어서 남성용 면도기와 유사하다.
이러한 종래 여성용 면도기(10)를 이용하여 면도를 하는 경우에, 면도기(10)가 지나간 부분에 면도크림과 잘린 체모의 일부분이 남게 된다. 따라서, 육안으로는 체모가 완전하게 제거되었는지를 확인할 수 없고, 면도한 부분을 물로 세척하거나 손가락을 이용하여 만져보고 제거되지 않은 체모가 있는지 확인하여야 하는 문제점이 발생한다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 체모가 완전하게 제거되었는지 확인가능한 구조를 갖는 면도날 유닛 및 이를 이용한 면도기를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 상측에지와 하측에지를 갖는 하우징, 상기 상측에지와 하측에지 사이에 설치되는 면도날, 및 상기 하우징의 후면 상측에지에서 후방으로 돌출형성되어 면도 후 피부에 남아 있는 면도 크림 또는 체모를 제거하는 스패출러(spatula)를 포함하는 면도날 유닛을 제공한다.
상기 하우징의 상측에지는 호형상을 가지며, 상기 스패출러는 호형상을 갖는 상기 상측에지에서 후방으로 돌출형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 스패출러의 기단부와 면도날 사이에는 홈이 형성되고 상기 스패출러의 돌출길이는 양단에서 중앙으로 갈수록 길어지며, 상기 스패출러는 고무재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상측에지와 하측에지를 갖는 하우징, 상기 상측에지와 하측에지 사이에 설치되는 면도날을 포함하는 면도날 유닛, 및 면도날 유닛에 결합되는 연결부재를 포함하는 카트리지와, 상기 카트리지의 연결부재에 결합되는 손잡이를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 하우징의 후면 상측에지에서 후방으로 돌출형성되어 면도 후 피부에 남아 있는 면도 크림 또는 체모를 제거하는 스패출러를 구비하는 면도기가 제공된다.
본 발명에 의하면 면도시 체모가 완전하게 제거되었는지를 간단하게 육안으로 확인할 수 있어 면도가 용이하며, 이로 인해 면도시간이 줄어드는 효과가 있다.

본 발명의 실시예의 구성 및 작용에 대하여 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다.
도 2에서는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 여성용 면도기(100)가 도시된다. 도 2를 참조하면, 면도기(100)는 면도날 유닛(110)(도 3을 참조) 및 연결부재(140)로 구성되는 카트리지(150)와, 연결부재(140)에 결합되는 손잡이(160)로 이루어진다. 또한 면도날 유닛(110)은 도시된 바와 같이 스패출러(spatula)(122)를 구비한다.
이와 같이 스패출러(122)를 구비하는 면도날 유닛(110)을 도 3 및 도 4를 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다. 도 3을 참조하면, 면도날 유닛(110)은 호형상을 갖는 상측에지(116)와, 하측에지(118) 사이에 중공부(114)가 구비된 하우징(112), 중공부(114)에 설치되는 면도날(120), 하우징(112)의 전면 상부에 위치하는 돌기부(126), 돌기부(126) 아래에 위치하는 윤활밴드(128) 및 하우징(112)의 전면 하부에 위치하는 가드(130)를 포함한다.
상기 돌기부(126)의 돌기들(127)은 면도날(120)이 지나간 부분의 피부를 마사지하여 면도날(120)에 의한 피부자극을 완화하며, 상기 윤활밴드(128) 또한 피부 보습 및 진정효과를 갖는 성분을 포함하고 있어 면도날(120)에 의한 피부자극을 완화하는 기능을 한다. 그리고 상기 가드(130)는 탄성고무재질로 형성되며 눕혀있는 수염을 부드럽게 세워 자극 없는 면도를 가능하게 한다.
도 4를 참조하면, 하우징(112) 후면의 호형상을 갖는 상측에지(116)에서 후방으로 스패출러(122)가 돌출형성되고, 스패출러(122)의 기단부와 면도날 사이에는 홈(124)이 형성된다. 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 스패출러(122)는 양단에서 중앙으로 갈수록 돌출길이가 길다. 그리고 하우징(112)의 후면 중앙부에는 연결부재(140)가 결합된다. 한편, 상기 스패출러(122)는 전방으로 돌출형성되는 것도 가능하다. 즉, 상기 스패출러(122)는 상측에지(116)에서 테두리를 따라 전방 또는 후방으로 돌출되어 형성될 수 있다.
상기 스패출러(122)는 면도 후에 피부에 남아있는 면도크림 또는 체모를 제거하는 기능을 하는 것으로서, 본 실시예에서 스패출러(122)는 상측에지(116)의 형상처럼 호형상을 갖기 때문에 면도 후에 면도크림 등을 긁어낼 때, 면도크림 등이 스패출러(122) 밖으로 빠져나가는 것이 방지된다. 또한 도 5에서와 같이 형성된 홈(124)은 면도크림 등을 담아두는 역할을 하므로 남아있는 면도크림 등의 양이 많은 경우에도 면도크림 등이 스패출러(122) 밖으로 빠져나가는 것이 방지된다. 따라서 스패출러(122)를 이용하여 한 번의 긁어내는 행위로 면도 후 피부에 남아있는 면도크림 및 체모가 깨끗하게 제거되기 때문에, 사용자는 면도한 부분을 물로 세척하거나 손가락을 이용하여 제거되지 않은 체모가 있는지 만져보지 않아도 체모가 완전하게 제거되었는지를 알 수 있다. 이러한 스패출러(122)는 바람직하게는 부드러운 고무재질 또는 연한 플라스틱 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하나 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 면도날 유닛(110)을 포함하는 면도기(100)를 이용하여 다리 등의 체모를 제거하는 과정을 설명하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 면도크림을 다리 등에 바르고, 하우징(112)의 전면에 부착된 면도날(120)을 이용하여 면도를 한 후, 하우징(112) 후면의 스패출러(122)로 면도한 부분에 남아 있는 면도크림 및 체모를 긁어낸다. 그리고 체모가 제거되지 않은 부분이 있는지 육안으로 확인한 후, 제거되지 않은 체모를 면도날(120)을 이용하여 완전하게 제거한다.
상기와 같이 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 면도기(100)를 이용하여 면도를 하면, 면도시 제거되지 않은 체모가 있는가를 확인하기 위하여 면도한 부분을 물로 세척하거나 손가락으로 만져보지 않아도 된다. 따라서, 면도가 용이하며, 면도시간을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Claims (5)
- 상측에지와 하측에지를 갖는 하우징;상기 상측에지와 하측에지 사이에 설치되는 면도날; 그리고상기 하우징의 상측에지에서 돌출형성되어 면도 후 피부에 남아 있는 면도크림 또는 체모를 제거하는 스패출러를 포함하는 면도날 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 상측에지는 호형상을 가지며, 상기 스패출러는 호형상을 갖는 상기 상측에지에서 후방으로 돌출형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면도날 유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 스패출러의 기단부와 면도날 사이에는 홈이 형성되며, 상기 스패출러의 돌출길이는 양단에서 중앙으로 갈수록 길어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 면도날 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스패출러는 고무재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면도날 유닛.
- 상측에지와 하측에지를 갖는 하우징 및 상기 상측에지와 하측에지 사이에 설치되는 면도날을 포함하는 면도날 유닛;상기 면도날 유닛에 결합되는 연결부재; 그리고상기 연결부재에 결합되는 손잡이를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 하우징의 상측에지에서 돌출형성되어 면도 후 피부에 남아 있는 면도크림 또는 체모를 제거하는 스패출러를 구비하는 면도기.
