Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement thermique (100) pour produits en vrac, comportant un tube rotatif (10, 210) sur ou dans lequel au moins une source de chaleur est disposée, le tube présentant au moins une ouverture de chargement (33) et au moins une ouverture de distribution (11). Le tube rotatif comporte au moins un élément de blocage de distribution permettant l'écoulement du produit en vrac hors du tube rotatif, pouvant être franchi par le produit en vrac sous l'effet d'une variation du sens de rotation et/ou de la vitesse de rotation du tube rotatif. L'ouverture de distribution (11) s'étend de préférence axialement sur une partie de l'enveloppe du tube rotatif (10, 210) et l'élément de blocage de distribution (12) recouvre l'ouverture de distribution (11) d'un point de vue radial en direction de la paroi du contenant. L'élément de blocage de distribution (12) comporte au moins une section profilée (12.1) disposée à angle aigu par rapport à la paroi du contenant.
