Abstract

본 발명은 사판과 러그플레이트의 연결구조를 단순화함과 동시에 경량화시킬 수 있는 용량가변형 사판식 압축기에 관한 것으로, 복수개의 실린더보어를 가지고 있는 실린더블록, 상기 실린더블럭에 회전 가능하게 지지되는 구동축, 상기 구동축에 고정 설치된 러그플레이트, 상기 러그플레이트에 의해서 회전운동하면서 경사각이 변할 수 있게 설치되는 사판, 상기 사판의 회전에 의해서 상기 실린더보어 내에 왕복이동이 가능하게 수용되는 피스톤을 포함하는 용량 가변형 사판식 압축기에 있어서, 상기 러그플레이트의 후면으로부터 사판 방향으로 돌출 형성되되 일측에만 형성되는 돌출부, 상기 러그플레이트의 후면 타측에 형성되는 경사면, 상기 사판에 형성되어 러그 플레이트 방향으로 돌출되는 암 및 상기 암에 회전가능하게 결합된 상태에서 경사면을 따라 구름이동하는 이동롤러를 포함하며, 상기 러그플레이트의 돌출부는 상기 암의 측면과 직접 접촉함으로써 회전동력을 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하므로 제작을 용이하게 하여 압축기의 제조원가를 낮출 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 무게 경량화에 따른 자동차의 연비를 한층 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
