Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation externe permettant le maintien en place de fragments osseux et comprenant un logement comportant un certain nombre de surfaces de montage internes, dans lequel des supports de broche réglables par rotation sont maintenus par divers éléments de fixation qui assurent simultanément la fixation du support de broche et de la broche à l'intérieur du support de broche. Certaines des surfaces internes sont disposées de façon à supporter des broches convergeant au niveau d'une région de convergence située à une certaine distance du logement. Un mode de réalisation est conçu pour maintenir en place les fragments osseux au sein de la partie distale d'un radius fracturé, tandis qu'un autre mode de réalisation comprend une partie arrondie en forme d'arc.
