Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système modulaire de panneaux sandwich et son installation dans le recouvrement d'immeubles multifonctions qui est autoportant et ne nécessite pas de parois porteuses ou de sous-structures additionnelles tout en respectant les exigences concernant la résistance au feu, l'étanchéité à l'air et à l'eau et l'isolation thermique sans entraîner de risques additionnels causés par des chocs et des effets externes de l'élément humain lors de son installation selon différents modes d'installation. Un joint d'étanchéité est monté lors de l'étape de fabrication permettant ainsi de résoudre le problème technique de qualité et de durabilité à l'encontre de fuites dues à des influences et des effets extérieurs provoqués par l'élément humain lors de l'installation. Les panneaux sandwich modulaires sont des composants modulaires linéaires aptes à être installés respectant les exigences d'architectes pour un aspect parfait des modules – grilles façades. Le panneau sandwich modulaire (1) comporte une plaque inférieure (9), le joint d'étanchéité interne (10), une âme d'isolation (8), l'enrobage (5), le joint d'étanchéité de raccordement longitudinal sur la face extérieure (11), un joint d'étanchéité d'angle « mâle » (6), deux joints d'étanchéité d'angle « femelles » (7), et les parties restantes intégrées dans l'enrobage. Dans l'état pré-assemblé, des éléments du panneau modulaire ont été également équipés de tous les joints d'étanchéité de raccordements longitudinaux et également dans les raccordements d'angle qui sont des éléments cruciaux pour l'étanchéité à l'air et à l'eau des façades dans différentes directions et ont été développés spécialement à cet effet. En outre, dans l'état pré-assemblé du panneau modulaire il est également prévu des éléments de renfort incorporés dans la direction transversale qui contribuent à la capacité d'auto-portance des panneaux modulaires et à la facilité et la rapidité d'installation.
