Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de solvants organiques par fermentation anaérobie au moyen de bactéries produisant du butanol, de l'acétone et de l'éthanol. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à: séparer dans une cuve séparée, pendant la fermentation, une partie du liquide de fermentation comprenant la suspension de cellules des bactéries; soumettre ce liquide à des conditions de vide et le retourner dans le fermenteur.
