Abstract
본 발명은 전기에너지 저장장치에 관련한 것으로서, 산화 환원반응에 따라 전자를 생성하는 양극, 생성된 상기 전자를 흡수하는 음극 및 상기 양극과 음극을 물리적으로 격리시켜 주는 격리막이 차례로 권심을 중심으로 권취되며, 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 제공된 전해질 용액을 구비하는 전극 권취체를 구비하는 전기 에너지 저장장치에 있어서, 상기 전극 권취체를 외부 저항체와 같은 외부 전극 연결 부재에 연결되는 외부 연결용 단자판과, 상기 외부 연결용 단자판과 연결된 전극 권취체를 내장하는 통형의 용기와, 상기 단자판과 상기 전극 권취체의 일측 극성-리드 사이는, 플라즈마-용사, 용접, 땜납 및 도전성 접합 재료로부터 선택적으로 접합되는 도전성 연결부재에 의해 연결되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하여, 복수개의 피용접물 간의 두께 차이를 저감시키는 연결부재를 채용함으로써, 전극 권취체의 극성-리드와 단자판 간의 용접 불량 요인을 현저히 개선시킴으로써, 고율 방전(대전류 방전) 효율의 개선을 도모할 수 있도록 하였다.
