Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de gestion de l'inspection/réparation de corps de four à coke comprenant un serveur de gestion de corps de four (1) pour produire et stocker des données de directives de gestion d'inspection/réparation relatives à un corps de four à coke ; un moyen d'entrée d'informations de gestion de surfaces de parois (3) pour transmettre au serveur de gestion de corps de four (1), en tant qu'informations sur la gestion de surfaces de parois (4), des informations d'inspection/réparation entrées par écriture manuscrite relatives à la surface de paroi du corps de four à coke, qui sont converties en données électroniques ; et un moyen d'entrée/sortie des informations de gestion de corps de four (2), pour transmettre au serveur de gestion du corps de four (1), en tant qu'informations de gestion de corps de four (5), des informations d'inspection/réparation entrées relatives à des parties prédéterminées autres que la surface de paroi du corps de four à coke. Le serveur de gestion de corps de four (1) spécifie, d'après les dates d'inspection et les niveaux de dommage inclus dans les informations de gestion de surface de paroi (4) et les informations de gestion de corps de four (5), la priorité du travail d'inspection sur une base four par four et une partie d'inspection préférentielle du four, et spécifie, d'après les niveaux de dommage inclus dans les informations de gestion de surfaces de parois (4) et les informations de gestion de corps de four (5), la priorité du travail de réparation sur une base four par four et une partie de réparation préférentielle du four. Ainsi, lors de la détermination des priorités de travail d'inspection et de travail de réparation, les priorités peuvent être déterminées par considération exhaustive non seulement de la détérioration des briques de paroi interne, mais également de la détérioration d'autres parties (parties prédéterminées autres que la surface de paroi) du corps de four à coke.
