Abstract

La présente invention concerne des copolymères de poly(acide méthacrylique-co-N-vinylcaprolactame) sensibles au pH, nommés P(MAA-co-VCL). L'invention concerne en particulier la synthèse d'un copolymère de poly(acide méthacrylique-co-N-vinylcaprolactame) et son application pour l'administration orale, sensible au pH, de principes actifs in vitro et in vivo. L'invention décrit en particulier des microparticules contenant les copolymères pour la libération contrôlée d'un médicament administré. L'invention décrit également des méthodes d'administration de médicament au tractus gastro-intestinal inférieur, permettant d'éviter ce faisant une exposition aux acides de l'estomac, ainsi que des méthodes de traitement du diabète à l'aide de particules prévues pour l'administration d'insuline à libération contrôlée.
