Abstract
Description
例えば自動車電装・補機は、ベルトによるプーリ駆動で回転しているため、ベルトとプーリ間に静電気が発生して帯電し、それにより周辺の制御機械へ悪影響を与えるという問題がある。
またモータ軸受においても帯電し、内外輪間に大きな電位差が生じた時に、電流が薄い潤滑油膜を通してスパークし、軸受転走面や転動体表面が損傷する、いわゆる電食が問題となっている。
例えば、カーボンブラックを導電物質として添加したグリース組成物が知られている(特許文献1)。しかし、このカーボンブラックは粉体であり油に不溶であるため、軸受転走面に介入した時の振動によりノイズが発生したり、使用時のせん断によりカーボンブラック粒子のチェーンストラクチャーが破壊されることで、導電性が低下したりするという不具合がある。また、導電性を付与するためには、カーボンブラックは多量に添加する必要がある一方、増ちょう能力があるため、多量に添加するとグリース組成物が硬くなるという不具合がある。
また、アンチモン0.1~20質量%を含有する、平均粒径1.0μm以下の酸化錫粉末が均質に5~50%混入された潤滑剤が提案されている(特許文献3)。しかし、人体への悪影響や環境負荷の問題から好ましいものではなく、また粉体であることから、音響性能を考慮すると好ましいものではない。
さらに、基油にイオン性液体を帯電防止剤として用いた潤滑剤が提案されている(特許文献4)。しかし、イオン性液体は高価であり、石油系の基油や添加剤との相溶性が低いという問題がある。
他のイオン性液体やリチウム化合物を帯電防止剤として用いた潤滑剤も提案されている(特許文献5)。しかし、これらの潤滑剤をグリース組成物の添加剤として使用した場合にグリース組成物の音響性能等を損なうことなく帯電防止性能を付与することができるかどうかは不明である。
本発明の他の目的は、上記グリース組成物を封入した機械部品を提供することである。
1.増ちょう剤、基油及び帯電防止剤を含むグリース組成物であって、該帯電防止剤が、Li(CF3SO2)2N及びLi(CF3SO2)3Cからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むグリース組成物。
2.該帯電防止剤の添加量が、グリース組成物全体に対して0.01~10質量%である上記1記載のグリース組成物。
3.転がり軸受用の上記1又は2記載のグリース組成物。
4.上記1~3のいずれか1項記載のグリース組成物を封入した機械部品。
このような溶媒は特に限定されない。例えば、基油としても使用される、パラフィン系やナフテン系の鉱物油、ジエステル油、ポリオールエステル油に代表されるエステル系合成油、アルキルジフェニルエーテル油に代表されるエーテル系合成油、アルキルナフタレンなどが挙げられる。さらに、リン酸エステル、ソルビタントリオレート、コハク酸エステルやコハク酸ハーフエステル、チアジアゾールなど、分子中に極性基を有するものや、分子中にエーテル結合、エステル結合を有する化合物も挙げられる。エステル結合を有する化合物の例としては、安息香酸、アジピン酸、セバシン酸、フタル酸、コハク酸などのエステルが挙げられる。
これらの化合物は一種類を単独で使用しても、二種類以上を組み合わせて使用しても良い。
ウレア化合物としては、ジウレア化合物、特にジウレア化合物、例えば、芳香族ジイソシアネートに芳香族アミン、脂肪族アミン、脂環族アミン、これらの2種以上の混合物を反応させて得られるジウレア化合物が挙げられる。芳香族ジイソシアネートの具体例としては、トリレンジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、ナフタレンジイソシアネート、等が、芳香族アミンの具体例としては、パラトルイジン、アニリン、ナフチルアミン、等が、脂肪族アミンの具体例としては、オクチルアミン、ノニルアミン、デシルアミン、ウンデシルアミン、ドデシルアミン、トリデシルアミン、テトラデシルアミン、ペンタデシルアミン、ヘキサデシルアミン、ヘプタデシルアミン、オクタデシルアミン、ノニルデシルアミン、エイコシルアミン、等が、脂環族アミンの具体例としては、シクロヘキシルアミン、等が挙げられる。反応比率は、芳香族ジイソシアネート(1モル)に対して、通常は2モルで良い。
これらは欠点が少なく、かつ高価でないため、実用性のある増ちょう剤である。増ちょう剤は一種類を単独で使用しても、二種類以上を組み合わせて使用しても良い。
増ちょう剤の含有量は必要なちょう度を得るのに必要な量であり、通常はグリース組成物全体に対して好ましくは3~30質量%、さらに好ましくは5~25質量%である。
特に好ましい基油は、鉱物油、アルキルジフェニルエーテル油、ジペンタエリスリトールエステル油、ペンタエリスリトールエステル油、等が挙げられる。これらの基油の40℃の動粘度は好ましくは5~400mm2/s、さらに好ましくは10~300mm2/sである。
これらの基油は一種類を単独で使用しても、二種類以上を組み合わせて使用しても良い。
本発明のグリース組成物は帯電防止性に優れており、下記の試験方法により測定される体積抵抗率は、好ましくは50.0×107Ωm未満、さらに好ましくは20.0×107Ωm未満である。
本発明のグリース組成物は音響性能に優れており、下記の試験方法により測定されるアンデロン上昇値は、好ましくは2アンデロン未満、さらに好ましくは1アンデロン未満である。
<実施例及び比較例>
・ベースグリースA
増ちょう剤:ジウレア化合物(パラトルイジン(2モル)とトリレンジイソシアネート(1モル)との反応生成物)
基油:アルキルジフェニルエーテル油(40℃の動粘度 97.0mm2/s)
・ベースグリースB
増ちょう剤:ジウレア化合物(シクロヘキシルアミン(1モル)とステアリルアミン(1モル)の混合物(2モル)と、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(1モル)との反応生成物)
基油:ジペンタエリスリトールエステル油(40℃の動粘度 79.0mm2/s)
・ベースグリースC
増ちょう剤:12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸リチウム
基油:ペンタエリスリトールエステル(40℃の動粘度 30.8mm2/s)
・ベースグリースD
増ちょう剤:Liコンプレックス(12-ヒドロキシステアリン酸(2モル)と水酸化リチウム(2モル)の反応生成物と、アゼライン酸(1モル)と水酸化リチウム(2モル)の反応生成物の混合物)
基油:鉱物油(40℃の動粘度 98.8mm2/s)
添加剤
添加剤a:帯電防止剤 Li(CF3SO2)2N
添加剤b:帯電防止剤 Li(CF3SO2)3C
添加剤c:カーボンブラック
以下に示す試験方法によりグリースの帯電防止性、および音響性能を評価した。結果を表1及び表2に示す。
体積抵抗率(グリースの帯電防止性を評価する試験)
試験方法:JIS C 2101 24準拠
試験手順:グリース用簡易電極の両電極間に気泡が入らないようにグリースを充填。電極間に電圧を印加し、1分後の抵抗値を読み取り、体積抵抗率を算出する。なお、印加電圧は100Vとし、測定温度は25℃とした。
評価基準
体積抵抗率 50.0×107Ωm未満:合格(○)
50.0×107Ωm以上:不合格(×)
試験方法:アンデロンメーターによる試験
試験条件:軸受608、回転数1800rpm、スラスト荷重2kgf、
グリース充填量0.35ml、試験時間60秒
評価基準
アンデロン上昇値=(ベースグリースに添加剤を添加したものの60秒間の最大アンデロン値)-(ベースグリースの60秒間の最大アンデロン値)
2アンデロン未満:合格(○)
2アンデロン以上:不合格(×)
総合評価
・体積抵抗率、音響試験のいずれも合格:合格(○)
・体積抵抗率、音響試験のどちらか一方が合格:不合格(×)
これに対して帯電防止剤を添加していない比較例1~4は、実施例と比較していずれも体積抵抗率が合格基準の50.0×107Ωmより高い値を示した。
また実施例5において、添加剤b(Li(CF3SO2)3C)の代わりに、添加剤c(カーボンブラック)を添加した比較例5のグリース組成物は、実施例5と比較して体積抵抗率が高く、合格基準の50.0×107Ωmより高い値を示し、音響性能も劣っていた。
以上の結果より、本発明の帯電防止剤を添加したグリース組成物は、体積抵抗率が低くなることから、機械部品の帯電を防止でき、しかも音響性能にも優れることがわかる。
Claims (4)
- 増ちょう剤、基油及び帯電防止剤を含むグリース組成物であって、該帯電防止剤が、Li(CF3SO2)2N及びLi(CF3SO2)3Cからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むグリース組成物。
- 該帯電防止剤の添加量が、グリース組成物全体に対して0.01~10質量%である請求項1記載のグリース組成物。
- 転がり軸受用の請求項1又は2記載のグリース組成物。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載のグリース組成物を封入した機械部品。
