Abstract

Procédé de traitement de déchets solides comprenant les étapes consistant à : h) confiner séparément des déchets de biomasse provenant de déchets plastiques ; i) brûler les déchets de biomasse ; j) produire de la vapeur par échange thermique en utilisant la chaleur produite par les déchets de biomasse en cours de combustion ; k) convertir des déchets plastiques en gaz de synthèse en utilisant la chaleur provenant de la chambre de combustion ; I) introduire ladite vapeur et les gaz de synthèse dans une flamme du combustible de biomasse, de sorte qu'il y ait une augmentation de température, en brûlant ainsi la biomasse totalement et produisant des produits gazeux de combustion à haute température ; m) traiter les produits gazeux à haute température avec de la vapeur froide, de façon à éliminer la formation de dioxine et de furane ; n) permettre aux produits gazeux traités de subir un mouvement cyclonique de turbulence, de sorte que les particules et les gaz lourds soient séparés des gaz plus légers, les gaz plus légers étant déchargés dans l'atmosphère et les particules et gaz lourds étant recyclés et de nouveau retraités.
