Abstract

Rotor pour un moteur électrique, qui comporte un arbre de rotor (1), un enroulement de rotor (2) et un commutateur (3), l'enroulement (2) étant constitué d'un fil métallique pourvu d'une isolation, en particulier d'une isolation par peinture. Le commutateur (3) est conçu sous forme de commutateur à crochets pourvu de lamelles (4) et de crochets (5) pour les extrémités (6) de l'enroulement (2) et les extrémités (6) de l'enroulement sont reliées aux faces internes (7, 8) des crochets (5) concernés lors de la compression à chaud. Selon l'invention, au moins une face interne (7, 8) des crochets (5) du commutateur présente une structure de surface qui, lors du contact avec l'extrémité (6) d'enroulement, entraîne des contraintes ponctuelles ou linéaires sur l'extrémité (6) de l'enroulement et, partant, une détérioration ciblée, en particulier une élimination, de l'isolation sur ladite extrémité (6) de l'enroulement.
