L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une brosse à dents hygiénique de type à poils sur base tige, comportant une tête de brosse (10) présentant une pluralité de trous (11), et des poils (20) sur base tige formant un groupe de poils (21) comportant une partie supérieure (21a), qui joue le rôle de brosse à dents, et une partie inférieure (21b), qui a la forme d'une tige et qui est insérée dans les trous (11) de la tête de brosse (10).
