Further, it should be noted that the walls, bottom and the roof of the cooler cabinet 10 is provided with conventional insulation material, thereby reducing the power consumption as much as possible.

  • the refrigeration panel 11 may be positioned alongside a side of the cooler cabinet, i.e. either along the right or the left side of the cooler cabinet, without thereby deviating from the inventive idea.
  • the preferred position of the compressor 17 is still in a rear corner, either the right or the left corner.
  • Figure 6 is showing a preferred embodiment of the shelf system, comprising gravity shelves 19 which are rotating around a vertical centre axis (not shown) , securing that the old bottles to been taken out prior to placing new bottles, whereupon the new bottles is placed from the rear of the shelves 19.
  • Such centre axis may be arranged in the vicinity or near the front opening of the space in the cabinet, i.e so that the distance between the axis of rotation and the rear edge of the shelf (and the rear wall of the cabinet) is greater than the distance between the axis of rotation and the front edge of the shelf (and the front door) .

  • the compressor 16 may be placed at the rear end between the two racks of shelves, thereby being able to reduce the depth of the cabinet further.
  • the solution shown in Figures 9-13 is given such shape that the slip angle, i.e. the angle of the tool for moulding the outer walls of the cabinet is enabling easily removal of the moulded part from the tool. Further, it is more easy to foam the insulation used. It should also be appreciated that the solution shows space efficiency. Further, separation of the technical and structural parts makes the recycling process less complicated and expensive. The shape and the design of the cabinet will make a pure polyurethane structure possible in the future. This will reduce total cost and reduce the recycling process of cabinets to a minimum.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un réfrigérateur comprenant une armoire (10) dotée d'étagères rotatives permettant le remplissage de produits refroidis, l'armoire (10) comprenant des parois et des étagères rotatives du bas jusqu'en haut ; un module de réfrigération (11) comprenant une machine de réfrigération (16) et une unité de paroi associée (14), l'unité de paroi (14) s'étendant parallèlement et recouvrant une partie de paroi de l'une des parois de l'armoire (10), de telle sorte que l'armoire (10) est refroidie par la machine de réfrigération (16), le module de réfrigération (11) pouvant être détaché de l'armoire (10). La machine de réfrigération (16) et l'unité de paroi correspondante (15) formant une unité d'un seul tenant qui est agencée sur la partie inférieure de l'armoire (10).
