Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Abfüllen oder Abpacken von Inhaltsstoffen, insbesondere Getränken, Lebensmitteln, Medikamenten oder dergleichen, in Behälter. Während die Behälter (9) die Vorrichtung von einer Einlass- (7) zu einer Auslassseite (8) durchlaufen erfolgt zur Vermeidung von Verkeimungen eine Beaufschlagung der den Arbeitsraum (2) durchlaufenden Behälter (2) mit einem sterilen Fluid, insbesondere Sterilluft. Um den Reinigungsaufwand von Leitungen für das sterile Fluid zu reduzieren, wird vorgeschlagen, dass in die Leitung (31) für das Einbringen des sterilen Fluids ein Reinigungsmedium mit einer inneren Leitung (29) eingebracht wird. Ein Ausbau der Leitung (31) für das Einbringen des sterilen Fluids ist nicht mehr erforderlich. Um das sterile Fluid in einem Arbeitsraum (2) gleichmäßig über den Behältern (9) zu verteilen, wird das sterile Fluid zweistufig verteilt, zunächst über das vorgenannte, sich in den Arbeitsraum (2) erstreckende Rohr (31) und anschließend durch ein unterhalb des Rohres sich über die Behälter erstreckendes Profil mit Öffnungen für den Durchtritt des sterilen Fluids. Die Profile (43a, b) können drehbar um eine Achse angeordnet sein, um de Reinigungsaufwand der Vorrichtung nach dem Abfüllen zu reduzieren.
