Description

自動注湯方法およびその設備
 本発明は、例えば鋳造工場において、鋳型に溶湯を注湯する自動注湯方法およびその設備に関する。
 従来、例えば鋳造工場において、取鍋を傾動させることにより鋳型に溶湯を注湯する自動注湯機で該注湯を行う場合、鋳造しようとする製品の機種毎に必要注湯量を予め設定し、該設定された必要注湯量を目標値として注湯することは公知にされている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

 しかし、一つの取鍋の容量は限られているため、数回の注湯は必要注湯量を注湯できても、取鍋の最後の注湯では、取鍋内の溶湯量が該必要注湯量より少ない場合がある。このような場合は最後の回の注湯をせず、取鍋内に残った溶湯を別工程で排湯しなければならない。このため、排湯作業に時間がかかり、溶湯搬送設備のサイクルタイムが長くなってしまうという問題がある。また、せっかく溶解した溶湯を排湯する(即ち、捨てる)ことになるため、捨て湯が多くなってしまうという問題がある。
 本発明は、上記の問題に鑑みて成されたもので、取鍋内の残り湯の発生を無くすことにより取鍋からの排湯を無くすことができる自動注湯方法およびその設備を提供することを目的とする。
 上記の目的を達成するために本発明の自動注湯方法は、内部に溶湯を貯留する取鍋を傾動させることにより、間欠搬送されてくる鋳型群のうちの所定の鋳型内に溶湯を注湯する自動注湯装置と該自動注湯装置を制御する制御手段とを用いた自動注湯方法であって、
 注湯すべき前記鋳型群の各々の鋳型の鋳型番号、鋳造すべき製品の種別、設定注湯重量のデータを前記制御手段へ与える工程と、
 前記与えられた各々の鋳型の鋳型番号、製品の種別、設定注湯重量のデータに基づき、前記取鍋で受湯する溶湯の設定溶湯重量及び前記取鍋で注湯可能な鋳型数を前記制御手段で決定する工程と、
 前記設定溶湯重量より多くの重量の溶湯を前記取鍋で受湯する工程と、
 該取鍋で受湯した溶湯の実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との差を算出する工程と、
 該算出した取鍋の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差の一部を、注湯すべき鋳型の前記設定注湯重量に加算して目標注湯重量を算出する工程と、
 前記取鍋を傾動させることにより、前記注湯すべき鋳型に前記目標注湯重量を目標として注湯する工程と、を含み、
 前記取鍋で注湯可能な鋳型数だけ前記注湯を繰り返し、該注湯可能な鋳型数の最後の鋳型に注湯したときに前記取鍋を空にすることを特徴とする。

 前記溶解装置から受湯した溶湯を内部に貯留する取鍋を傾動させることにより、間欠搬送されてくる鋳型群のうちの所定の鋳型内に溶湯を注湯する自動注湯装置と、
 前記溶解装置と前記自動注湯装置との間で前記取鍋を搬送する台車と、
前記溶解装置および前記台車および自動注湯装置をそれぞれ制御する制御手段とからなる自動注湯設備において、
 前記制御手段が、
 注湯すべき前記鋳型群の各々の鋳型の鋳型番号、鋳造すべき製品の種別、設定注湯重量のデータを与えられる入力回路と、

 また本発明の自動注湯方法および自動注湯設備においては、前記注湯すべき鋳型の前記設定注湯重量に加算する前記取鍋の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差の一部が、前記取鍋の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差を前記取鍋で注湯可能な鋳型数で除した値であることが好ましい。
 上記のように構成された本発明の自動注湯方法および自動注湯設備によれば、取鍋で注湯可能な鋳型数だけ注湯を繰り返し、該注湯可能な鋳型数の最後の鋳型に注湯したときに取鍋を空にするようにしたから、取鍋内の残り湯の発生を無くすことにより取鍋からの排湯を無くすことができる等種々の効果がある。

 以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳しく説明する。図1に示すように、各種金属を溶融させる溶解装置1の外側には第1レール2、2が間隔をおいて敷設されており、該第1レール2、2上には取鍋搬送台車3が走行可能に載置されている。なお該取鍋搬送台車3は第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4を備えており、該第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4上には取鍋5が搬入出される。また該取鍋搬送台車3は重量計量手段、代表的にはロードセル(図示せず)を備えており、前記取鍋5内の溶湯重量は該ロードセルにより計量される。取鍋搬送台車3は、前記溶解装置1と後述の自動注湯装置9との間で、前記取鍋を搬送する。
 そして、前記第1レール2、2の外側には第3駆動ローラコンベヤ6及び第4駆動ローラコンベヤ7が配設されており、該第3駆動ローラコンベヤ6及び第4駆動ローラコンベヤ7の外側には第2レール8、8が間隔をおいて敷設されている。そして、該第2レール8、8上には自動注湯装置9が走行可能に載置されている。なお該自動注湯装置9は第2駆動ローラコンベヤ10を備えており、該第2駆動ローラコンベヤ10上には取鍋5が搬入出される。また該自動注湯装置9は重量計量手段、代表的にはロードセル(図示せず)を備えており、前記取鍋5内の溶湯重量は該ロードセルにより計量される。

 図2には、これから注湯すべき鋳型M各々の鋳型番号、製品種別、設定注湯重量のデータを示している。なお取鍋5の容量は、本実施形態では1100kgである。これらのデータに基づいて計算すると、鋳型番号11から15は製品Aであり設定注湯重量が100kg、また鋳型番号16から20は製品Bであり設定注湯重量が80kgであるから、(100kg×5)+(80kg×5)=900kgとなる。これに鋳型番号21の製品Cの設定注湯重量250kgを加えたら、1150kgになってしまい、取鍋5の容量を超えてしまう。したがって、取鍋5で受湯する溶湯の設定溶湯重量は900kg、取鍋5で注湯可能な鋳型数は10個(鋳型番号11から15の製品Aおよび鋳型番号16から20の製品B)に決定する。
 次に、溶解装置1を図示されない傾動手段により正方向に傾動させる。これにより、第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4上に搬入されている取鍋5に溶湯を供給する。なお該溶湯の供給は、取鍋5内の溶湯重量が前記設定溶湯重量である900kgになるまで行う。その後、図示されない傾動手段により溶解装置1を逆方向に傾動させる。この動作は、前記溶解装置1から前記設定溶湯重量の溶湯を前記取鍋5で受湯するように前記溶解装置1の傾動を制御する制御回路からの信号によって行なわれる。
 次に、作業者が第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4上の取鍋5内に溶湯成分を調整するための合金を投入したり、取鍋5内のノロ(スラグ)を除去したりする。そうすると、該取鍋5内の溶湯重量は前記設定溶湯重量より多くなる。即ち、前記設定溶湯重量より多くの重量の溶湯を前記取鍋5で受湯することになる。本実施形態では、この時点での取鍋5内の溶湯重量、即ち、取鍋5で受湯した溶湯の実際溶湯重量を1000kgとする。
 次に、取鍋搬送台車3を図示されない駆動手段により走行させ、第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4上の取鍋5を第4駆動ローラコンベヤ7の手前側まで移動させる。その後、第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4及び第4駆動ローラコンベヤ7の図示されない駆動手段を作動させ、第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4上の取鍋5を第4駆動ローラコンベヤ7上に搬入させる。その後、取鍋搬送台車3を図示されない駆動手段により走行させ、第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4を第3駆動ローラコンベヤ6の手前側まで移動させる。その後、第2駆動ローラコンベヤ10、第3駆動ローラコンベヤ6及び第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4の図示されない駆動手段を作動させ、第2駆動ローラコンベヤ10上の空の取鍋5を第3駆動ローラコンベヤ6上を通過させて第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4上に搬入させる。その後、取鍋搬送台車3を図示されない駆動手段により走行させ、該第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4上の空の取鍋5を溶解装置1の外側まで戻す。
 また自動注湯装置9を図示されない駆動手段により走行させ、第2駆動ローラコンベヤ10を第4駆動ローラコンベヤ7の向う側まで移動させる。その後、第4駆動ローラコンベヤ7及び第2駆動ローラコンベヤ10の図示されない駆動手段を作動させ、第4駆動ローラコンベヤ7上の溶湯の入った取鍋5を第2駆動ローラコンベヤ10上に搬入させる。
 次に、前記制御盤11において、取鍋5で受湯した溶湯の実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との差を第1の演算回路によって算出する。本実施形態では、前記実際溶湯重量が1000kg、前記設定溶湯重量が900kgであるから、1000kg-900kg=100kgとなる。
 次に、前記制御盤11において、該算出した取鍋5の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差の一部を注湯すべき鋳型Mの前記設定注湯重量に加算して目標注湯重量を第2の演算回路によって算出する。なお本実施形態では、前記注湯すべき鋳型Mの前記設定注湯重量に加算する前記取鍋5の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差の一部は、前記取鍋5の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差を前記取鍋5で注湯可能な鋳型数で除した値とする。
 図2に示すように本実施形態において最初に注湯すべき鋳型Mは鋳型番号11である。該鋳型番号11の場合、取鍋5の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との前記重量差100kgを前記取鍋5で注湯可能な前記鋳型数10個で除した値、即ち、100kg/10=10kgを前記設定注湯重量に加算して目標注湯重量を算出する。鋳型番号11の前記設定注湯重量は100kgであるから、該目標注湯重量は100kg+10kg=110kgとなる。
 次に、取鍋5を図示されない傾動手段により正方向に傾動させる。これにより、鋳型番号11の鋳型Mに前記目標注湯重量を目標として溶湯を注湯する。その後、図示されない傾動手段により取鍋5を逆方向に傾動させる。この動作は、前記注湯すべき鋳型に前記目標注湯重量を目標として注湯する制御盤11の注湯回路からの信号によって行なわれる。
 次に、鋳型Mの鋳型群が図示されない鋳型搬送手段により1ピッチ分(1鋳型分)、矢印Y1の方向に間欠搬送される。そうすると、注湯すべき鋳型Mは鋳型番号12の鋳型になる。該鋳型番号 12の場合、取鍋5で注湯可能な鋳型数は(残り)9個となる。そして、取鍋5の前記実際溶湯重量は鋳型番号11の実際注湯重量(図2参照)を減じた値になるから、1000kg-108kg=892kgとなる。そして、取鍋5の前記設定溶湯重量は鋳型番号11の前記設定注湯重量を減じた値になるから、900kg-100kg=800kgとなる。そうすると、取鍋5の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との前記重量差は892kg-800kg=92kgとなる。そして、該重量差92kgを前記取鍋5で注湯可能な前記鋳型数9個で除した値d、即ち、d=92kg/9=10.2kgを前記設定注湯重量に加算して目標注湯重量を算出する。鋳型番号12の前記設定注湯重量は100kgであるから、該目標注湯重量は100kg+10.2kg=110.2kgとなる。
 そして、取鍋5を傾動手段(図示せず)により正方向に傾動させる。これにより、鋳型番号12の鋳型Mに前記目標注湯重量を目標として溶湯を注湯する。その後、前記傾動手段により取鍋5を逆方向に傾動させる。この動作は、前記注湯すべき鋳型に前記目標注湯重量を目標として注湯する注湯回路からの信号によって行なわれる。
 その後、鋳型番号13から20の鋳型Mが順次、矢印Y1の方向に間欠搬送されてくるが、該鋳型番号13から20の目標注湯重量についても、上述の鋳型番号12の場合と同じように算出する。そして、該鋳型番号13から20の各々の鋳型Mに順次、前記目標注湯重量を目標として溶湯を注湯する。なお注湯可能な鋳型数の最後の鋳型、即ち、鋳型番号20の鋳型Mに注湯したときには前記取鍋5を空にする。
 その後、第2駆動ローラコンベヤ10上の空の取鍋5を溶湯の入った取鍋5に交換する。この点につき、詳述すると、まず、前記鋳型番号20の鋳型Mへの注湯が終了するまでに、溶湯の入った取鍋5を第3駆動ローラコンベヤ6上に搬入して待機させておき、さらに第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4を第4駆動ローラコンベヤ7の手前側まで移動させておく。そして、前記鋳型番号20の鋳型Mへの注湯が終了したら、第2駆動ローラコンベヤ10上の空の取鍋5を第4駆動ローラコンベヤ7上を通過させて第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4上に搬入させる。そして、第2駆動ローラコンベヤ10を第3駆動ローラコンベヤ6の向う側まで移動させた後、第3駆動ローラコンベヤ6上の溶湯の入った取鍋5を第2駆動ローラコンベヤ10上に搬入させる。なお前記第1駆動ローラコンベヤ4上の空の取鍋5は溶解装置1の外側まで戻す。
 このようにして、第2駆動ローラコンベヤ10上の空の取鍋5を溶湯の入った取鍋5に交換したら、上述の実施形態と同じようにして前記取鍋5で注湯可能な鋳型数だけ前記注湯を繰り返す。
 なお本発明では、取鍋5の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差を該取鍋5で注湯可能な鋳型数の鋳型Mの各々に分配して該各々の鋳型Mの前記設定注湯重量に加算して目標注湯重量を算出し、該各々の鋳型Mに該目標注湯重量を目標として注湯しているから、該取鍋5で注湯可能な鋳型数の最後の鋳型Mに注湯したときには前記取鍋5を確実に空にすることができるという効果がある。このため、取鍋5内の残り湯の発生を無くすことができ、これにより取鍋5からの排湯を無くすことができる。
 本発明の自動注湯方法およびその設備について特定の実施形態について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、上述の実施形態では、前記注湯すべき鋳型Mの前記設定注湯重量に加算する前記取鍋5の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差の一部を、前記取鍋5の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差を前記取鍋5で注湯可能な鋳型数で除した値dとしたが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。例えば、注湯可能な鋳型数の最後の鋳型Mに注湯したときに前記取鍋5が空になるならば、値dに代えて、別の任意の値を用いるようにしてもよい。
 ただし、上述の実施形態のように求めた値dを用いると、取鍋5の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差を該取鍋5で注湯可能な鋳型数の鋳型Mの各々に精度よく分配して該各々の鋳型Mの前記設定注湯重量に加算して目標注湯重量を算出することができ、これにより鋳型M毎の目標注湯重量の大小のバラツキが少なくなるため、より好ましい。
 また本発明の実施形態では、本発明を水平割枠付造型機で造型された枠付鋳型への注湯に適用した一例を示したが、これに限定されるものではなく、水平割無枠造型機で造型された無枠鋳型、縦型無枠造型機で造型された無枠鋳型等への注湯に適用することもできる。

Claims (7)

  1. 内部に溶湯を貯留する取鍋を傾動させることにより、間欠搬送されてくる鋳型群のうちの所定の鋳型内に溶湯を注湯する自動注湯装置と該自動注湯装置を制御する制御手段とを用いた自動注湯方法であって、
     注湯すべき前記鋳型群の各々の鋳型の鋳型番号、鋳造すべき製品の種別、設定注湯重量のデータを前記制御手段へ与える工程と、
     前記与えられた各々の鋳型の鋳型番号、製品の種別、設定注湯重量のデータに基づき、前記取鍋で受湯する溶湯の設定溶湯重量及び前記取鍋で注湯可能な鋳型数を前記制御手段で決定する工程と、
     前記設定溶湯重量より多くの重量の溶湯を前記取鍋で受湯する工程と、
     該取鍋で受湯した溶湯の実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との差を算出する工程と、
     該算出した取鍋の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差の一部を、注湯すべき鋳型の前記設定注湯重量に加算して目標注湯重量を算出する工程と、
     前記取鍋を傾動させることにより、前記注湯すべき鋳型に前記目標注湯重量を目標として注湯する工程と、を含み、
     前記取鍋で注湯可能な鋳型数だけ前記注湯を繰り返し、該注湯可能な鋳型数の最後の鋳型に注湯したときに前記取鍋を空にすることを特徴とする自動注湯方法。
  2. 前記注湯すべき鋳型の前記設定注湯重量に加算する前記取鍋の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差の一部が、前記取鍋の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差を前記取鍋で注湯可能な鋳型数で除した値であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動注湯方法。
  3. 各種金属を溶融させて溶湯にする溶解装置と、
     前記溶解装置から受湯した溶湯を内部に貯留する取鍋を傾動させることにより、間欠搬送されてくる鋳型群のうちの所定の鋳型内に溶湯を注湯する自動注湯装置と、
     前記溶解装置と前記自動注湯装置との間で前記取鍋を搬送する台車と、
    前記溶解装置および前記台車および自動注湯装置をそれぞれ制御する制御手段とからなる自動注湯設備において、
     前記制御手段が、
     注湯すべき前記鋳型群の各々の鋳型の鋳型番号、鋳造すべき製品の種別、設定注湯重量のデータを与えられる入力回路と、
     前記与えられた各々の鋳型の鋳型番号、製品の種別、設定注湯重量のデータに基づき、前記取鍋で前記溶解装置から受湯すべき溶湯の設定溶湯重量及び前記取鍋で注湯可能な鋳型数を決定する決定回路と、
     前記溶解装置から前記設定溶湯重量の溶湯を前記取鍋で受湯するように前記溶解装置の傾動を制御する制御回路と、
     該取鍋で受湯した溶湯の実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との差を算出する第1の演算回路と、
     該算出した取鍋の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差の一部を注湯すべき鋳型の前記設定注湯重量に加算して目標注湯重量を算出する第2の演算回路と、
     前記取鍋を傾動させることにより、前記注湯すべき鋳型に前記目標注湯重量を目標として注湯する注湯回路と、を含み、
     前記取鍋で注湯可能な鋳型数だけ前記注湯を繰り返し、該注湯可能な鋳型数の最後の鋳型に注湯したときに前記取鍋を空にすることを特徴とする自動注湯設備。
  4. 前記注湯すべき鋳型の前記設定注湯重量に加算する前記取鍋の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差の一部が、前記取鍋の前記実際溶湯重量と前記設定溶湯重量との重量差を前記取鍋で注湯可能な鋳型数で除した値であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の自動注湯設備。
  5. 前記取鍋を搬送する台車は、
     前記取鍋内の溶湯重量を計量する重量計量手段と、
     第1駆動ローラコンベヤとを有し、該第1駆動ローラコンベヤに前記取鍋を搬入出することを特徴とする請求項3記載の自動注湯設備。
  6. 前記自動注湯装置は、
     前記取鍋内の溶湯重量を計量する重量計量手段と、
     第2駆動ローラコンベヤとを有し、該第2駆動ローラコンベヤに前記取鍋を搬入出することを特徴とする請求項3記載の自動注湯設備。
  7. 前記溶解装置の外側に敷設された第1レールと、
     前記第1レールの外側に配設された第3駆動ローラコンベヤ及び第4駆動ローラコンベヤと、
     該第3駆動ローラコンベヤ及び第4駆動ローラコンベヤの外側に敷設された第2レールと、を更に備え、
     前記台車は前記第1レール上に走行可能に載置され、
     前記自動注湯装置は前記第2レール上に走行可能に載置されている請求項3記載の自動注湯設備。
