Abstract
La présente invention concerne un matériau d'emballage d'amortissement comportant des passage d'air latéraux, et son procédé de fabrication. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne un matériau d'emballage d'amortissement comportant des passages d'air latéraux, et son procédé de fabrication, les passages d'air étant formés dans des parties de raccordement latéral formées parmi une pluralité d'alvéoles d'air disposées dans un sens horizontal de façon à former simultanément un passage d'injection d'air, des passages d'air et des alvéoles d'air au moyen d'un processus de raccordement unique, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité du système. Le matériau d'emballage d'amortissement comportant des passages d'airs latéraux de cette invention comprend : un élément de recouvrement externe supérieur et un élément de recouvrement externe inférieur qui sont partiellement raccordés de façon à former des alvéoles d'air et une voie d'injection d'air; et un élément de recouvrement interne supérieur et un élément de recouvrement interne inférieur placé entre l'élément de recouvrement externe supérieur et l'élément de recouvrement externe inférieur de façon à former des valves d'injection d'air dans des parties de raccordement latérales respectives formées parmi les alvéoles d'air formées par raccordement partiel de l'élément de recouvrement externe supérieur et de l'élément de recouvrement externe inférieur. Des éléments de dégagement sont disposés à intervalles réguliers sur une surface supérieure d'une extrémité avant de l'élément de recouvrement interne inférieur, et l'élément de recouvrement externe supérieur, l'élément de recouvrement interne supérieur, l'élément de recouvrement interne inférieur et l'élément de recouvrement externe inférieur sont simultanément et partiellement raccordés par un processus de raccordement unique de façon à former les alvéoles d'air successivement disposées dans un sens horizontal. Des passages d'air pourvus des valves d'injection d'air respectives sont formés dans les parties de raccordement latérales respectives formées parmi la pluralité d'alvéoles d'air. La voie d'injection d'air communiquant avec la pluralité de passages d'air est formée le long des extrémités avant des alvéoles d'air. Chacune des alvéoles d'air comporte une surface latérale dans laquelle est formée une ouverture. Les ouvertures des alvéoles d'air communiquent avec les passages d'air respectifs raccordés aux extrémités arrière respectives des valves d'injection d'air.
