Abstract

L'invention concerne un siège (1) comportant, outre une surface d'assise (2) par exemple inclinée vers l'avant, un support (3). Le poids du buste (5) peut s'appuyer dans une large mesure sur le support (3). Le support reçoit la partie inférieure du buste (5). Le buste (5) tendu vers l'avant s'appuie avec les hanches (6) et/ou le ventre. La position basse de l'appui confère une liberté telle au buste (5) qu'une grande mobilité est obtenue notamment dans la partie des lombaires (8). Le buste (5) peut se déplacer librement et réaliser toutes sortes de travaux. Le dos est délesté et exercé et l'irrigation sanguine du corps est améliorée. Le siège (1) peut être combiné à des dispositifs d'exercice et peut même se présenter sous la forme d'un élément de rééquipement ou d'une partie d'un véhicule, par exemple d'une bicyclette ou similaire.
