Abstract

Ein Reaktor zur Erzeugung eines Produktgases durch allotherme Vergasung von kohlenstoffhaltigen Einsatzstoffen umfasst einen Druck aufgeladenen Reformer-Reaktor zur Vergasung der kohlenstoffhaltigen Einsatzstoffe, eine Zuführleitung zur Zuführung von kohlenstoffhaltigen Einsatzstoffen und Hilfsstoffen für die Vergasung in den Reformer-Reaktor, eine Brennkammer zur Erzeugung der für die allotherme Vergasung notwendigen Wärme, wobei die Brennkammer thermisch mit dem Reformer-Reaktor gekoppelt ist, und eine pneumatische Fördereinrichtung zur Ableitung partikelförmiger Vergasungsrückstände und Rohgas aus dem Reformer-Reaktor und zur Zufuhr der partikelförmigen Vergasungsrückstände in die Brennkammer, mit einem Gasfilter zur Abscheidung der partikelförmigen Vergasungsrückstände aus dem Rohgas und einer Druckschleuse, die eine Hochdruckseite und einer Niederdruckseite aufweist, wobei der Gasfilter eine Ableitung für Produktgas und eine Ableitung für Feststoffpartikel aufweist. Der Reaktor ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Gasfilter und Druckschleuse getrennte Komponenten sind und dass die Ableitung für Feststoffpartikel des Gasfilters mit der Hochdruckseite der Druckschleuse verbunden ist.
