Abstract

Selon la présente invention, l'œil est efficacement traité en appliquant à celui-ci des formulations comprenant des microparticules chargées de façon cationique non enrobées de matériau en phase cubique inversée ou en phase hexagonale inverse. Les procédés de traitement sont efficaces pour différentes maladies et affections comprenant la sécheresse oculaire. La structure, la charge et les composants des microparticules en dispersion, avec ou sans une substance active, apportent une mucoadhésion, un couchage, une protection et une durée prolongée d'action ophtalmique.
