Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation dans laquelle la température à l'intérieur d'un bâtiment est régulée en faisant circuler de l'eau provenant, directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'un échangeur de chaleur en communication thermique avec celui-ci, d'un puits de chaleur tel qu'une cuve à eau, une source d'eau souterraine, un volume d'eau ou une cuve de matériau à changement de phase, à travers des unités de fenêtres ou une source de chaleur en communication thermique avec un élément chauffant, entre les vitres, afin de refroidir ou de chauffer l'intérieur du bâtiment.
