Abstract

본 발명은 각재를 이용한 집성재의 제조방법으로서, 제1축면에 나이테가 형성되며 제2축면과 제3축면에는 나뭇결이 형성되는 다수의 각재들을 상기 제2축면을 결합면으로 하여 접착시킨 집성판을 준비하는 집성판 준비단계와; 2개 이상인 짝수개의 집성판을 제3축면으로 적층하되 서로 교차되도록 제1축면과 제2축면의 방향을 달리하여 집성하도록 하는 1차 집성단계와; 1차 집성후 제3축면에서 동일한 두께 또는 상이한 2종 이상의 두께로 자르도록 하는 1차 절단단계와; 1차 절단편 중 짝수번째 혹은 홀수번째 것들을 뒤집어 배치하여 다시 집성하도록 하는 2차 집성단계와; 2차 집성시의 집성면과 직교되는 방향을 따라 일정한 두께 또는 상이한 2종 이상의 두께로 자르도록 하는 2차 절단단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자무늬가 형성되는 집성재의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 다양한 제품에 관한 기술이다.
