Abstract

Ein Verfahren zum Vorbehandeln eines Fotovoltaikmoduls zur Verklebung mit einer Montagevorrichtung sieht das Bereitstellen eines Fotovoltaikmoduls (30), das eine Oberfläche (O30) aus einem Material aus Glas aufweist, und das Bereitstellen eines Gemisches (100), das ein Gas (110) oder ein Plasma (120) enthält, vor. Auf einen Bereich (B1, B2) der Oberfläche (O30) des Fotovoltaikmoduls (30) wird eine Strömung des Gemisches (100) erzeugt. Der Bereich (B1, B2) der Oberfläche (O30) des Fotovoltaikmoduls wird beim Auftreffen der Strömung des Gemisches (100) auf die Oberfläche (O30) des Fotovoltaikmoduls durch Reaktion des Gases (110) oder des Plasmas (120) mit einem auf der Oberfläche (O30) des Fotovoltaikmoduls abgelagerten Material (400) gereinigt.
