Abstract

본 발명은 기능적 내시경 광단층 영상진단 장치에 관한 것으로서, 제 1 광 신호를 발생시키는 제 1 레이저 다이오드와; 제 2 광 신호를 발생시키는 제 2 레이저 다이오드와; 상기 제 1,2 레이저 다이오드에서 발생되는 제 1,2 광 신호를 결합하는 커플러와; 상기 커플러로부터 광 신호를 수신하여 프로브에 전달하고, 프로브로부터 검출 신호를 수신하여 스펙트로미터에 전달하는 서큘레이터와; 조직에 접촉하되, 상기 서큘레이터로부터 광 신호를 수신하고, 광 신호 중 조직 밖에서 반사되는 일부의 신호와 조직 내로 침투하여 반사되는 나머지 신호가 합쳐진 검출 신호를 서큘레이터에 전달하는 프로브와; 상기 서큘레이터로부터 수신한 검출 신호에서 스펙트럼 성분을 추출하는 스펙트로미터와; 상기 스펙트로미터로부터 수신한 스펙트럼 성분을 FT(Fourier Transform)하여 깊이 정보를 취득한 후 이 깊이 정보를 이용하여 영상을 취득하는 컴퓨터를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
