- 제1항에 있어서,상기 후면전극 상에 형성된 전도성 접합층을 더 포함하는 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기판은 플렉서블(flexible) 기판 또는 리지드(rigid) 기판인 것을 포함하는 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기판은 폴리머 기판 또는 스테인레스 기판인 것을 포함하는 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버퍼층의 표면 상에 형성된 고저항 버퍼층을 더 포함하는 태양전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 전도성 접합층의 저항률은 1×10-5~10×10-5 Ω㎝인 것을 포함하는 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 광통홀과 제2 관통홀은 60 내지 100㎛의 간격으로 형성되는 태양전지.

- 제9항에 있어서,상기 전도성 접합층은 카본, 알루미늄, 텅스텐과 같은 금속 분말, 수지 및 플릿(frit)이 혼합되어 형성되고, 상기 전도성 접합층의 저항률은 1×10-5~10×10-5 Ω㎝인 것을 포함하는 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 지지기판은 플리머 또는 스테인레스 계열의 연성 기판으로 형성되고상기 캐리어 기판은 소다라임 글래스, 넌(non)-알칼리 글래스 및 로우(low)-알칼리 글래스와 같은 강성 기판으로 형성되는 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 캐리어 기판 상에 상기 광 흡수층을 형성하기 전에, 몰리브덴으로 이루어진 서브 전극층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 버퍼층은 복수의 층으로 형성되는 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 버퍼층이 복수의 층으로 형성되는 경우, 복수의 버퍼층은 각각 저항이 다른 값을 갖도록 형성되는 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 전면전극층, 버퍼층 및 광 흡수층을 관통하는 제3 관통홀을 형성하는 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 관통홀의 갭과, 상기 제2 관통홀과 제3 관통홀은 각각 60 내지 100㎛의 간격으로 형성되는 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 캐리어 기판은 상기 지지기판의 3배 내지 10배의 두께로 형성되는 태양전지의 제조방법.
