Abstract

Пожарный вентиль содержит корпус с входным и выходным штуцерами, сообщающимися между собой через перепускное отверстие седла. В корпусе размещен запорный механизм в виде винтового шпинделя. На одном конце шпинделя установлен маховик, а на другом закреплен золотник. Золотник состоит из дискового металлического элемента и упругого уштотнительного элемента, перекрывающего перепускное отверстие в закрытом положении вентиля. Крышка выполнена в виде фланца со сквозным центральным отверстием и втулкой с другим уплотнительным элементом, расположенными в верхней части крышки, образованной шестигранным и цилиндрическим выступами. Оси входного и выходного штуцеров расположены под углом α = 90° - 130°. Отношение высоты Н корпуса к внешнему диаметру D корпуса удовлетворяет условию H/D = 0,85 - 1,25. Верхняя часть крышки выполнена с внутренней полостью для обеспечения возможности увеличенного хода винтового шпинделя при открытии вентиля. Конструкция пожарного вентиля позволяет уменьшить его габариты и вес.
