Abstract
L'invention concerne un moulin à poivre comprenant une unité de mouture (2) et une unité de fermeture (3). L'unité de mouture (2) est agencée dans un corps de récipient (11) et comprend une tige d'accouplement rotative (21), un support de mouture intérieur (23) qui est accouplé à la tige d'accouplement (21) de manière à tourner avec cette dernière, et un support de mouture extérieur fixe (22) qui entoure le support de mouture intérieur (23). L'unité de fermeture (3) comprend un élément rotatif (31) qui est accouplé à la tige d'accouplement (21) de manière à tourner avec cette dernière et un élément de fermeture (32) qui vient en prise de manière rotative avec l'élément rotatif (31) et est mobile par rapport à ce dernier. La tige d'accouplement (21) peut être actionnée pour faire tourner le support de mouture intérieur (23) et l'élément rotatif (31) par rapport au support de mouture extérieur (22), ce qui entraîne le déplacement de l'élément de fermeture (32) d'une position fermée dans laquelle la distribution du poivre moulu est bloquée, à une position ouverte dans laquelle la distribution du poivre moulu est permise.
