Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zielmolekül spezifisch bindende Aptamere. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, diagnostische und/oder therapeutische Mittel zur Anwendung bei der Erkennung und/oder Prävention bzw. Behandlung von Entzündungsprozessen, Krebserkrankungen und Infektionen bereitzustellen. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe stellt die Erfindung ein DNA-Aptamer bereit, das den menschlichen löslichen Interleukin-6-Rezeptor (sIL-6R) spezifisch bindet und die Sequenz GGGNGGGHGGGWGGG, ausgenommen jedoch die Sequenz GGGTGGGTGGGTGGGT, umfasst, wobei N = A, T, TT oder TTT ist, H = A, C oder T ist und W = A oder T ist.
