- the main idea of the present invention is the forced heat convection in the outer door channel of the oven door on the one hand and the entrainment of the air stream from the inner door channel by the air stream from the cooling channel on the other hand. Additionally, the air stream from the inner door channel is driven by the natural heat convection flow due to the temperature gradient. This constellation allows an intensive cool- ing process in the outer portion of the oven door and prevents an intensive cooling down of the inner side of oven door, so that energy can be saved.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne une porte de four ventilée pour un four de cuisson domestique. La porte de four (10) comprend au moins trois panneaux de verre (12, 14, 16). L'espace interne de la porte de four (10) est sous-divisé en au moins deux canaux (18, 20) définis par les trois panneaux de verre (12, 14, 16). Au moins une ouverture supérieure d'au moins un canal externe (18) de la porte est raccordée ou peut se raccorder à un orifice d'aspiration (24) d'un canal de refroidissement par des moyens de déplacement d'air, à l'état fermé de la porte du four (10). Au moins une ouverture supérieure d'au moins un canal interne (20) de la porte est orientée ou peut s'orienter vers l'air ambiant, d'un côté, et est raccordée ou peut se raccorder à un orifice d'évacuation (26) du canal de refroidissement, d'un autre côté, à l'état fermé de la porte du four (10), de sorte que l'air provenant du canal interne (20) de la porte est entraîné par l'air provenant de l'orifice d'échappement (26). En outre, la présente invention concerne un four de cuisson correspondant.
