Abstract

L'invention concerne une vis de pilier (10) pour un implant dentaire, comprenant une partie de tête (24), dont la surface supérieure comporte un creux à six pans (26), lequel creux présente une paroi intérieure dans laquelle au moins une paire de rainures (28) pour outil plat sont formées symétriquement par rapport au centre du creux (26). La distance entre les extrémités des rainures (28) pour outil plat est supérieure au diamètre du creux à six pans (26) et inférieure au diamètre de la partie de tête (24). La profondeur de chacune des rainures (28) pour outil plat est inférieure à celle du creux à six pans (26). Ainsi, on peut facilement serrer ou desserrer la vis de pilier (10) au moyen d'un outil plat même quand le creux à six pans (26) est usé et de ce fait dissocier ou associer facilement un appareil et un pilier.
